Mother Nature is finally on our side with the return of favourable off shore sea conditions and the return of availability of our whale watch cruise. We have can see many pods of Humpback Whales in the distance which is a great start to the day, but we have been blessed with a nice close encounter of a couple of whales as they approached the Hinchinbrook Explorer for a closer inspection. The crew have report during our afternoon cruise that several pods have been sighted but all are just intent in cruising and continuing their journey north bound.
