Travelling with Children
- Children are welcome across all of our range of cruises.
- All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Children/infant lifejackets are available onboard all vessels
- Family tickets are available on majority of our range of cruises
User-friendly booking experience
- We are equipped with multiple ways to book our cruises

- Our safety briefing has been translated into Korean & Chinese
- Our interpretative signage located throughout the vessel and boomnet entry has been translated into Korean & Chinese
- Our Dolphin & Whale fact sheets have also been translated
- Our marketing collateral has been translated into Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai & Vietnamese
- Our staff have been trained into basic greetings in Korean & Chinese for a welcoming and inclusive boarding experience
Wheelchair Accessibility
- Unfortunately due to the vessel design and walkways on the vessels, wheelchair access is not available.
- We welcome guests who are able to navigate themselves up a small number of steps to board.
- Please contact us in advance so we can recommend the most suitable vessel for your needs.
- Accessible parking spaces are located outside at d’Albora Marine (note, these are public parking spaces)
Assistance for Guests with Limited Mobility
- Ample seating is available on all vessels, and we can assist with finding a comfortable spot (please advise at time of booking, and our cruise director and allocate seating)
- Handrails and non-slip surfaces are provided for added stability.
- Companions are welcome to join the guests at Concession rate (please advise when booking)
Hearing & Vision Impairments
- Safety briefings can be provided in written format upon request.
- Dolphin & Whale fact sheets are available onboard
- Our friendly crew is trained to assist guests who may require additional support.
- Service animals are welcome on board—please notify us in advance
- Our cruises are usually quietest on during the weekdays during school term. We also offer private charters onboard our smaller vessel, Envision for guests to experience with a reduced-sensory and relaxed cruise.
