Discover a wilder side of Port Stephens as you journey beyond the usual sightseeing routes through the spectacular waters of the Port Stephens Marine Park. Explore pristine coastlines, rugged coastline, hidden coves and thriving marine habitats as we venture around the iconic Tomaree and Yacaaba Headlands.

Throughout the journey, our experienced crew provide engaging commentary on the incredible marine ecosystem that makes Port Stephens one of Australia’s most diverse coastal environments. Search for and learn about the resident bottlenose dolphins that call these waters home year-round, local seabird colonies, island conservation and the unique marine habitats found throughout the bay and offshore islands.

Whatever the conditions, there’s plenty to discover. While we normally aim to venture offshore, the exact route of each cruise is determined by the conditions on the day. If offshore conditions are less favourable, our crew will adjust the journey to remain within the more sheltered waters of Port Stephens, providing a comfortable and enjoyable cruise while still showcasing spectacular scenery, marine life and the fascinating coastal environment.

Keep your eyes on the water and the skies as we search for wildlife in its natural environment. Depending on the season and conditions, you may encounter:

Our Vessel:

The MV Osprey, is a 24m modern catamaran which provides a fast, comfortable and stable ride. The vessel is designed with two open air decks with 360 degree viewing, which allows the best viewing opportunities of our resident dolphins and the bays spectacular scenery. The MV Osprey is an Eco-Friendly vessel, built and operated with minimal impact on the environment. We are incredibly lucky to experience what the natural world has to offer on our tours, so it is only right that we do what we can to protect and respect our environment!
