Our cruise director, Yui reported non stop whales onboard both the morning and afternoon cruises onboard Hinchinbrook Explorer, despite the windy however great sea conditions. Customers were even spoilt with a double breach with 2 very active whales near the boat. Pods in the distance around the boat that were also very active with tail slaps, pec fin slaps and breaching. Customers also saw some seals on Cabbage Tree Island before returning back to the inshore waters of Port Stephens.
The afternoon cruise had 3x separate pods around the boat which joined up in the end and went crazy. Swimming all over each other with lots of action.
