What a sight to behold today from the MV Osprey’s morning whale watching cruise with whales all around and it commenced just north of Fingal Lighthouse with a juvenile joining the boat displaying tail lobs, pec slaps and splashing. It wasn’t long before three big adult whales swam under the boat and appearing on the surface with head lunges, tail lobs, breaches and lots of noises! In the distance quite a few more whales were sighted.
On the return trip via Cabbage Tree Island lots of Seals were seen lazing around on the rocks and swimming. The Dolphins came out to play while coming back through the heads.
