Travelling with Children
Families are warmly welcomed onboard all Moonshadow-TQC Cruises. Our experiences are designed to be safe, enjoyable and memorable for guests of all ages, from curious toddlers to adventurous teens. With spacious vessels, helpful crew and onboard facilities, we make travelling with children easy and stress-free.
- Children are welcome across all of our range of cruises.
- All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Family tickets are available on majority of our range of cruises
- In the unlikely event of an emergency, lifejackets are available for all ages
- Due to the nature of the vessel & for safety reasons, prams cannot be used onboard. Prams must be collapsible and will be stored by the crew.

- Our safety briefing has been translated into Korean & Chinese, and played at the beginning of every cruise
- Our interpretative signage located throughout the vessel, entry/exit points and boomnet entry has been translated into Korean & Chinese
- Our Dolphin & Whale fact sheets have also been translated
- Our marketing collateral has been translated into Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai & Vietnamese
- Our staff have been trained into basic greetings in Korean & Chinese for a welcoming and inclusive boarding experience
- We regularly welcome international tour groups with their own guides or interpreters onboard. Our crew are familiar with coordinating with tour leaders to ensure smooth communication.
Wheelchair Accessibility
- While our vessels are designed with spacious decks and stable boarding areas, please note that the public docks and wharf facilities at d’Albora Marina & the Cruise Passenger Terminal are not fully wheelchair accessible. Guests are required to navigate a few steps when boarding or disembarking.
- We recommend guests with limited mobility contact our reservations team prior to booking. We can advise which vessel and cruise option will offer the easiest access and make suitable arrangements where possible.
- We recommend advising our team of any accessibility needs at the time of booking so that we can prepare the most appropriate arrangements for your visit.
- Accessible parking spaces are located at d’Albora Marine (note, these are public parking spaces)
Hearing & Vision Impairments
Moonshadow-TQC Cruises is committed to ensuring that all guests can enjoy a safe, inclusive, and memorable experience on the water. We understand that guests who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, or have low vision may require additional support, and our team is here to assist wherever possible.
- Safety briefings can be provided in written or visual format upon request. Crew members are happy to provide individual assistance or repeat information if needed.
- Dolphin & Whale fact sheets are available in written format onboard
- Our friendly crew is trained to assist guests who may require additional support.
- Accredited guide dogs, and service animals are welcome onboard. Please notify our team in advance so suitable arrangements can be made for your animal’s comfort and safety.
- Our cruises are usually quietest on during the weekdays during school term. We also offer private charters onboard our smaller vessel, Envision for guests to experience with a reduced-sensory and relaxed cruise.
- If you or a member of your group has specific communication or visual access requirements, please inform our reservations team prior to your cruise. This allows us to prepare any written materials or assign additional crew support.
